City Chic Factory Outlet

Edit August 2015: the City Chic Campbeltown Factory Outlet is closed. There are three NSW Clearance Stores: Minto, Alexandria and Erina.

My netball game got rained out yesterday, and since I was half way to Campbelltown, I decided to drive out to the City Chic Factory Outlet at Brands On Sale to see what they have on offer.

I usually don’t bother to go the the outlet during the sales, but thought I would give it a go and report back in case anyone else was considering coming visiting the outlet.

I was really surprised with the stock levels! There were a lot of the sale items available in the other stores – but many many more sizes available. There was also lots of stock from the last sale too (I recognized quite a few pieces).

There were peplum tops and skater dresses galore!

I ended up getting the white bridal corset for $15, the white stop with mesh trim and studs for $15, and the mirror floral shirt for $20 (so stoked, picture below).

I ended up passing on this dress – a decision I’m sure will haunt me as I really do love it – I just felt like the sizing was a bit off. It looks OK in the picture but I was wearing an XS and it felt miles too big.

So, I’m a happy girl, and happy to say that the factory outlet was worth the drive! The staff were incredible helpful, and the whispers I have been hearing about a City Chic loyalty program was confirmed – they also confirmed at all your membership purchases to date will be taken into consideration – so long time big spenders (like myself) will be rewarded for our years of loyal shopping! YAY!

Considering it was a factory outlet store, the clothes were well organized and not chaotic. They need to fix the terrible lighting in the changerooms though – but I guess not many people are in the changeroom trying to blog ūüôā

Happy shopping!

    1. I haven’t been out there in a while but I’m planning a trip next weekend and as far as I know from the Aussie Curves girls, the City Chic store is still doing a roaring trade. It looks a little lonely given the lack of surrounding stores, but they have actually expanded into next door they have so much stock.

  5. Hey Jojo, im heading there on saturday ”tomorrow” i will let you know how i go and if there still opened and give u a update x

  6. Still open & is two shops next to each other price range was $20-$80 roughly there have some lovely boot leg jeans for $30 there RRP is $99.95, some beautiful tops for $20- definitely worth a look x

  7. Is it true that City Chic has an outlet store similar to the Campbelltown one but this one is in Alexandria?? I heard this just the other day. If so can you please tell me the address and store hours thanks

      1. Hi,

I went today. Took a good 45 minutes to get there. Really wasn’t impressed.

It’s such a dark store. Then you get changed in the changeroom and the lights and mirror make you look horrid!!

        I really don’t think I’d go back!

Love city chic clothing. But i don’t get why the store is so dark!

        Bras are a good price!

  8. We need a city chic factory outlet store in Canberra hopefully one day we will be so lucky we already have 3 stores in Canberra would be nice for one like this cheap!
